We publish what we learn from placements, usually because a client asked a question we could not answer well enough on the call. Two to four pieces a month, written by the people doing the work.

## What we write about

Hiring and vetting, since that is our daily problem. Licensing and provenance, because it decides what is usable. And craft arguments, particularly where generative tooling makes it easy to produce something confident and wrong.

## What we do not write about

Model release commentary and tool roundups. That content is written faster and better elsewhere, and it is stale within a fortnight. We would rather publish less and have it still be true next year.

## Corrections

When we get something wrong, we correct the piece and say what changed at the top rather than editing quietly. Several early posts about licensing are now materially out of date and carry notices saying so, because stale legal guidance is worse than none.
