We are always reviewing designers, and we are deliberately hard to get into. Most applicants are turned down, and the filter is craft rather than tool familiarity.
How applying works
First a short look at your portfolio, then a small commission an art director reviews line by line. The commission is paid whether or not you get in, because unpaid test work quietly filters for people who can afford to work for nothing.
What you get and what we take
You keep your own clients and your own name on the work. We tell you our margin on every placement rather than hiding it in a rate. After six months a client can hire you permanently and we charge them nothing.
What we will not ask you to do
Unpaid test work, speculative pitches, or a portfolio review that turns into free consulting. We also will not ask you to hide that you work through us, or prevent you from taking a client permanently once six months have passed.

Yes, and your own name on the work. We do not require exclusivity, and after six months a client can hire you permanently at no cost to them.
