Send the brief in whatever state it exists. A paragraph is enough, a Figma link is better, and a half-finished deck is completely normal. We will read it before the call rather than making you present it.
What to include
The deliverable, roughly when it is needed, and whether anything already exists that the work has to match. Naming a budget ceiling early saves both sides a conversation. Where none exists yet, we will suggest a range on the call.
What happens next
We reply within one business day with times for a twenty-minute call. Shortlists follow within 48 hours of that call. Nothing is invoiced until a designer has actually started, and the first two weeks are swappable if the fit is wrong.

Plenty of people contact us six weeks before they have budget, and that is fine. We will tell you honestly what the work is likely to cost and what order to buy it in, and we will not follow up more than twice.

What should I send with my enquiry?
The deliverable, roughly when it is needed, and anything the work must match. A paragraph is enough. A Figma link or half-finished deck is better, and completely normal.
Will I be put on a mailing list?
No. We reply about your enquiry and follow up at most twice if we hear nothing. Marketing email requires explicit opt-in and we do not add enquiries to it automatically.
