Cookie policy

Short version: this site currently sets no cookies at all, which is why you were not asked to accept any. This page explains what that means, what would change if it stopped being true, and how to hold us to it.

This is accurate today and will not stay accurate.

The moment you add analytics, a chat widget or embedded video, this page is wrong and you need a consent mechanism. Re-check it whenever anything is added to the front end.

What is on this site today

No cookies are set by us and none are set by a third party. There is no advertising pixel, no analytics tag, no session identifier and no consent banner, because a banner asking permission to set nothing would be theatre. You can confirm this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, look at the storage panel, and it will be empty.

Fonts and other third-party requests

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. That request reveals your IP address to Google and is a processing activity even though it sets no cookie, which some European regulators have taken a strict view of. If your risk position requires it, the typefaces can be self-hosted on our own domain and the third-party request disappears entirely. Tell us and we will do it.

Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the EU ePrivacy Directive, consent is required before storing or accessing information on your device, except where it is strictly necessary to deliver a service you requested. We store nothing, so there is nothing to consent to. Displaying a banner anyway would train you to click through real ones.

What would change

If we add analytics, a chat widget, embedded video, a booking tool or any advertising tag, most of those set cookies or read device storage. At that point we would publish a full cookie table naming each cookie, its purpose, its provider and its lifespan, and we would put a proper consent mechanism in front of anything non-essential. Non-essential cookies would not fire before you agreed, and refusing would be as easy as accepting.

Cookies we would consider strictly necessary

If we later add a client portal, a session cookie keeping you logged in would be strictly necessary and would not require consent. Load balancing and security cookies fall in the same category. Analytics does not, regardless of how privacy-respecting the provider claims to be, and we would not pretend otherwise to avoid asking.

Controlling storage yourself

Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data, usually under privacy or site settings. Because this site does not rely on any, blocking everything will not break it. If you use a tracker-blocking extension you will notice it has nothing to report here.

Keeping us honest

If you find this site setting a cookie or writing to local storage, that is a bug or a broken promise, and either way we want to know. Write to contact@hire-ai-designer.com with what you found and we will fix it and update this page with a note saying what changed.

  • No cookies, no pixels, no local storage, no banner
  • Typefaces load from Google Fonts; self-hosting available on request
  • A full cookie table and consent gate would follow any addition
  • Blocking all cookies will not break anything here
