A disclaimer cannot exclude liability that the law says you cannot exclude, and consumer protection rules override it in several jurisdictions. Treat it as a statement of intent that still needs a solicitor's eye.

General information, not advice
Everything on this site is published for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment or regulatory advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship between us. Your circumstances differ from the general case in ways we cannot see. Before acting on anything here, particularly on licensing, contracts, employment classification or data protection, take advice from a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Pricing and salary figures
The rate and salary ranges we publish are drawn from our own placements and from what candidates tell us they are being offered. They are a snapshot of a young and volatile market, not a survey, and they will be wrong for some roles, sectors and regions. Treat them as orientation for a conversation, not as a benchmark to negotiate against or a quotation.
Licensing and provenance commentary
We write about tool licensing, model training provenance and the ownership of machine-assisted work because clients ask us about it constantly. The underlying law is unsettled and moving, tool terms change without notice, and positions differ sharply between jurisdictions. Anything we publish on this subject may be out of date by the time you read it, and it is not a substitute for your own legal review.
Limits of AI-assisted work
Generative tools produce confident output that is sometimes wrong. Text can be inaccurate, images can contain implausible detail, and models can reproduce material resembling existing work. Our process puts a human designer and an art director between those tools and anything we deliver, which reduces that risk substantially but does not eliminate it. Clients should review deliverables before publication, particularly where claims, likenesses or regulated content are involved.
Results and case studies
Case studies, testimonials and metrics describe what happened for a specific client with a specific brief, budget and market. They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not a prediction of your outcome. Where numbers appear, they were supplied by the client and we have not independently audited them. Design contributes to commercial results alongside product, pricing, distribution and timing, and separating those contributions honestly is rarely possible.
Availability and matching
The availability figures shown on this site reflect our roster at the time of writing and change constantly. We cannot guarantee that a designer with a particular specialism, tool fluency, language or timezone will be available for your dates. If we cannot staff a brief properly, we will say so rather than assign someone unsuitable, and that means we sometimes decline work we could have taken.
Third-party trade marks
The following are trade marks or registered trade marks of their respective owners and are used on this site descriptively, to state which software our designers work in: Midjourney (Midjourney, Inc.); Figma (Figma, Inc.); Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Creative Cloud, Firefly, Generative Fill and Generative Expand (Adobe Inc.); Runway (Runway AI, Inc.); Canva (Canva Pty Ltd); Stable Diffusion (Stability AI Ltd); ComfyUI (Comfy Org); Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC); Webflow (Webflow, Inc.); Framer (Framer B.V.); Google, Google Slides and Google Fonts (Google LLC); Keynote (Apple Inc.); PowerPoint (Microsoft Corporation); Upwork (Upwork Global Inc.); Fiverr (Fiverr International Ltd.); JAWS (Freedom Scientific); NVDA (NV Access Limited).
What naming those tools does and does not mean
Use of a trade mark to identify the goods of its owner is nominative fair use and does not require permission, but it also grants us nothing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or a partner or reseller of any company named above, and nothing on this site should be read as implying otherwise. Where a page describes a designer as fluent in a tool, that is our assessment of the individual, not a credential issued by the tool's owner. If any owner considers our usage incorrect, write to contact@hire-ai-designer.com and we will correct it.
Typefaces and code
This site is set in DM Sans and Archivo, both licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and delivered via Google Fonts. If the fonts are later self-hosted, a copy of the OFL will be published alongside them as that licence requires. The site runs no third-party JavaScript libraries and includes no purchased, stock or licensed imagery: all artwork is generated procedurally by our own code. No open-source component on this site carries an attribution obligation that is not met on this page.
Our own name
Hire AI Designer describes what the business does, which makes it a weak mark. Descriptive terms are difficult to register and difficult to enforce, so we make no claim to exclusive rights in the phrase and you should not assume competitors are prevented from using similar wording. Any registration we do obtain will be recorded here.
External links
Where we link to other sites we do so because the material seemed useful at the time. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is not a recommendation of the linked organisation as a supplier.
Site availability and errors
We make no promise that this site will be uninterrupted or error free. Content may contain mistakes, and we correct them openly rather than editing quietly. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Terms governing actual engagements are separate and are set out in our terms and conditions.
Telling us something is wrong
If you find an error, particularly on a page about licensing, rates or regulation, write to contact@hire-ai-designer.com. We would rather correct it than defend it, and we publish a note saying what changed rather than amending silently.
- Nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice
- Published rates are orientation, not quotations
