A dedicated designer, monthly

This is what most clients end up on, usually after starting hourly. One designer, full time, in your timezone, treated as part of your team rather than as a vendor you brief through a form.

Why unlimited requests work

Charging per request makes people hoard small jobs until they become big ones. A flat month removes that calculation. Requests are handled one at a time in a queue you control, so you reprioritise whenever something more urgent lands.

Leaving is easy on purpose

Pause any month with no notice. Swap the designer free in the first fortnight if the fit is wrong. Hire them permanently after six months and we charge nothing to release them. Retention should come from the work being good.

What the designer needs from you

One person who can make decisions, access to your files, and a fifteen-minute call most days for the first fortnight. Designers fail on our roster far more often from unclear ownership on the client side than from lack of ability.

Questions about a dedicated designer, monthly

What does unlimited requests actually mean?

You can queue as many as you like; one is worked on at a time and you control the order. It removes the incentive to hoard small jobs until they become big ones.

Can we hire the designer permanently?

Yes. Within the first six months a transfer fee of one month's rate applies. After six months there is no fee at all and we will not obstruct the arrangement.
